Pick up from Entebbe International airport and transfer to Kampala city

On your arrival at Entebbe international airport you will be warmly welcomed by company representative and your driver guide and transfer you to your reserved overnight hotel in Kampala for briefing about your gorilla trekking safari, dinner and an overnight.
NB; if time enables us, your driver guide will take you for an evening drive around Kampala to visit the most historical places within and outside the city such as Twekobe Kabaka’s palace and Amin torture chambers, Old Kampala Mosque, Namugongo martyrs’ shrines, The Uganda national museum, Bahai temple, Twekobe palace and local vendors’ market to get fresh fruits.

Day 2

On this exciting day, you'll be warmly greeted by your safari guide. After a hearty breakfast, embark on an unforgettable 8-hour journey, heading southwards from Kampala.
Our adventure begins with a memorable stopover at the equator, a perfect opportunity for capturing iconic photographs to commemorate this special moment. Energized and enthused, we continue our journey, making our way to Mbarara town for a delightful lunch break.
As we resume our road trip towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, be prepared to be captivated by the breathtaking sights of lush plantations, sweeping landscapes, and vibrant highway vegetable markets that dot the roadside.
The journey is as much a part of the experience as the destination itself, offering moments of wonder and discovery at every turn. Finally, we arrive at the lodge where we'll be treated to a delicious dinner and settle in for a restful overnight stay, eagerly anticipating the adventures that await us in the heart of the wilderness.

Prepare for an extraordinary mountain gorilla trekking experience. Don long trousers, a shirt, waterproof shoes, jacket, hat, and gloves. After breakfast, meet your guide for a briefing at the park center. Grouped with eight, trek into the forest, following trails to find gorillas. Be prepared for challenging terrain and varying trek durations. Encounter diverse wildlife, with insights from your guide. Spend an hour with the gorillas, respecting their space and behavior. Receive a trekking certificate. Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation, canoeing, and bird watching. Dinner and overnight accommodations conclude the day.
