Day 1

On arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our guide will meet you and drive to your hotel in Arusha.
You will get a chance for a briefing and introduction about your safari. Arusha is a good city in terms of, environment, safety, and security, If you arrive early after being picked up and transferred, you will have time to tour Arusha city visit key areas, and have time to refresh and enjoy the city environment and banquet. You will also have the opportunity to go shopping for local and cultural products if you are interested. The city offers music places to enjoy the night vibe for those who are fun of drinks and music. Since the next day will be a full game drive, the customer will have to stay overnight on time and prepare for an early start to Tarangire National Park which is about a 1.5-hour drive from Arusha.

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire National Park with its endless tree savannah and seasonal marshes is also home to the largest elephant herd in North Tanzania; with over 4000 herds. Also, you can watch giraffes, buffalo, lions, zebras, gnus, and different types of antelopes and gazelles.

Upon your arrival at the park, your driver will attend service with an open-roof jeep and an extensive wildlife watch will begin with our lunch box to be taken at a picnic spot and in the afternoon. After lunch, you will continue with the game drive to around 4 pm and check to drive 1 hour Karatu which is 15 minutes to Ngorongoro Crater gate. In the evening, you will arrive at your lodge for an overnight stay, marking the second night of our program's 7-day Tanzania safaris, and enjoy the night ready for the next day to the Ngorongoro Crater game drive.

You'll wake up earlier and have breakfast. You'll be picked up around 7:00 am from your lodge, and drive 15-20 minutes towards the Ngorongoro Crater entry gate.

On this day, you will be able to experience the magnificent view of the Ngorongoro Crater with the songs from various bird species over the crater. Not only that but also you can get a chance to see some of the big cats. Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s best-known wildlife viewing areas. The crater is about 21 km wide, close to Olduvai Gorge where many fossils have been earthed, and is one of the largest calderas in the world. Within its walls is a variety of animals and vegetation including grasslands, swamps, forests, salt pans, a freshwater lake, and rich wildlife. The wildlife found includes lions, elephants, buffalos, wildebeests, Thomson’s gazelles, rhinos, zebras, and reedbucks.

In the evening, you will be at your camp in Serengeti for dinner and overnight while enjoying the beautiful views of African sunset.

Earlier in the morning after breakfast around 6:30 am, you'll be picked up from the camp and drive to central Serengeti National Park (14,763 sq km or 5,700 sq miles) with your packed picnic lunch with an option of a hot lunch.

This will be a full game drive in the greater wilderness of Serengeti. You will have enough time to do an extensive game drive and have a great chance to encounter the Big Five cats. Serengeti National Park is home to lion, leopard, elephant, cheetah, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, eland, wild dogs, gazelles, crocs, and more. A lot of birds including zebra and wildebeest migrate.

At sunset before embarking on a five-minute drive to the perfect savannah setting just in time for a spectacular African sunset. Thereafter, you'll go back to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

The great wildebeest migration of the Serengeti National Park is considered one of the Ten Wonders of the Natural World and one of the most spectacular and magnificent events in Tanzania to witness. A truly awe-inspiring spectacle of life in an expansive ecosystem ruled by weather mostly rainfall and the urge for survival amongst the herbivores of the Serengeti plains.

This will be a full game drive in the greater wilderness of Serengeti. You will have enough time to do an extensive game drive and have a chance to encounter the great wildebeest migration. More than 2 million wildebeest are on the move crossing River Gurumeti and Mara Rivers. Earlier in the morning after breakfast at around 6:30 am. You'll be picked up from the lodge and driven to central Serengeti National Park (14,763 sq km or 5,700 sq miles) with your packed picnic lunch with an option of a hot lunch.

You will continue with a full game drive in the greater plains of Serengeti heading to the southern part. You will have enough time to enjoy a game drive and witness the wonders of the plains, Big Five, and big cats on the game as Serengeti National Park is a home to lion, leopard, elephant, cheetah, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, eland, wild dog, gazelles, crocs and more. A lot of birds including zebras and many other animals. After lunch, you will check out of Serengeti and check in Ngorongoro and continue with the game until evening to check out to Karatu for the perfect Ngorongoro forest setting just in time for a spectacular African sunset. Thereafter, you'll have dinner and an overnight stay to prepare for the last-day game in Manyara National Park.

Earlier in the morning after breakfast, you'll be picked up from your lodge at 7:00 am and drive to Lake Manyara National Park.

In the morning, you will be on the base of the Great Rift Valley (Lake Manyara National Park), for a game drive. The park is home to a lion, hippo, elephant, zebra, buffalo, giraffe, baboon, blue and vervet monkey, warthog, and more. About 350 species of birds have been recorded. This small park contains also five distinct vegetation zones. Thus, supporting a large variety of birds and animals. Manyara National Park is also famous for its large flocks of flamingos. In this park, canoeing has recently been added to the tourist activities at extra cost. You will do a game drive up to lunch. Thereafter, you'll check out to start your journey back to Arusha.

In the evening, you will be at Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport ready to embark home or to another destination.
