4-Day Budget Sekekama Safari Fly in from Cape Town

Cape Town to Kruger National Park

You can fly into Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport from Cape Town. You will also meet you at Eastgate for transportation to Sekekama Tented Camp. After some time to relax and enjoy the facilities, you will depart at 3:00 pm for a 3-hour afternoon sunset game drive in the Greater Kruger Blue Canyon in an open safari vehicle. You'll get to see some of the park's most famous animals, before returning to camp at about 7:00 pm for a great bonfire lunch and a tranquil night under the stars.

Kruger National Park

Your day may proceed in one of two ways: an early departure for Kruger National Park with a bush breakfast along the route and an earlier return, or having breakfast at the lodge first, departing and returning later. The exact departure times will be communicated to you the night before as it will be decided according to animal activity at the time to give you the best opportunity for wildlife viewing. Your safari in Kruger will last about 7 to 8 hours, during which you will venture deep into the Orpen-Satara area. You will return to the camp with ample time to unwind and get ready for a starlit dinner around the fire.

You'll wake up early to be ready for a full-day safari into Kruger National Park. Alternatively, you can choose a full-day Panorama tour that will take you along this exhilarating and iconic route, and on which you will witness the following
unforgettable landmarks: Berlin Falls, God’s Window, The Pinnacle, 3 Rondawels, Blyde River Canyon. Your day may
proceed in one of two ways: an early departure for Kruger National Park with a bush breakfast along the route and an
earlier return, or having breakfast at the lodge first, departing and returning later. The exact departure times will be
communicated to you the night before as it will be decided according to animal activity at the time to give you the best
opportunity for wildlife viewing. Your Kruger National Park safari will last 7 to 8 hours, so you should be back at the camp with plenty of time to relax by the fire before dinner. You will have dinner under the stars.

Kruger National Park to Johannesburg

After breakfast, it is time for goodbyes and your return to Johannesburg. You should arrive back at OR Tambo
International Airport around 5:00 or 6:00 pm.

Optional extra (one of the following):
1-hour bushwalk before breakfast (subject to availability) at R350 per person sharing.
1-hour ATV quad bike safari at R1 250 per person.
3-hour sunrise drive in Blue Canyon, Greater Kruger at R1 250 per person sharing (minimum 1 pax).
