Through the beautiful landscapes in both the Northern and Southern hemisphere, keep your camera ready to capture the beautiful landscapes as you enjoy your ride to the National Park. Along the way, you will spend some time at the Equator and the Igongo Cultural Centre. Enjoy the cultural diversity in this place as you interact with the locals in the city. By evening, you will arrive in the Ishasha sector.

Embark on the morning game drive through the Ishasha sector, you will encounter elephants, buffaloes, kobs among others and with chances of seeing the unusual tree climbing lions. Though the Ishasha sector is known for tree climbing lions, the chances of seeing them are higher though not always guaranteed.

Boat ride along Kazinga channel

Boat ride along Kazinga channel

Kazinga channel connects Lake George and Lake Edward and it is noted for its largest concentration of hippos. Along the channel you will also see a variety of other wildlife including buffaloes, elephants and not forgetting the numerous bird species including the African Fish Eagle. The cruise along this channel is so refreshing and you should not miss it.

Transfer to Kibale National Park

Transfer to Kibale National Park

Through the beautiful Kasese town, embark on the road trip to Kibale National Park via Fort Portal. Enjoy a scenic drive through Fort Portal city, the home to the Rwenzori mountain. Capture breathtaking views of the Rwenzori ranges and other historical monuments. Explore the twin crater lakes and enjoy sunset surrounded with that beauty. The city tour alone will leave you mesmerized with the beauty of Uganda.

Chimpanzee Trekking

Chimpanzee Trekking

With an early morning breakfast, embark on the Chimp trekking experience in the primate capital. After being briefed, its the long awaited moment for an adventure into the wild. Trek besides experienced rangers and guides who are knowledgeable about chimp movement and behavior. Since Chimpanzees are very common in Kibale you stand higher chances of observing them in their natural habitat. After a successful experience, return to the serenity of the lodge and you reminisce about your experience with the chimps.
