After an exhilarating day of exploration and wildlife viewing, you'll depart from the park in the late afternoon and head to Karatu, where you will unwind and spend the night.

Tarangire to Serengeti
After breakfast, you will head towards the Serengeti, passing over the Ngorongoro Crater valley and enjoying its stunning views. Along the way, various natural wonders will captivate you until you reach Serengeti National Park by midday. The Serengeti, Tanzania's oldest and largest park, is renowned for the annual migration of hundreds of thousands of wildebeests and zebras in search of fresh grass and water. The park boasts diverse habitats, including short grass plains, savanna, thick bush, swamps, and lakes, and is dotted with unique rock formations called kopjes, where predators are often seen. You will spend the night at Into Wild Tented Camp inside the park.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands
This morning, you will embark on additional game drives in the Serengeti. Around noon, you'll begin your journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, enjoying a game drive along the way. Upon reaching the crater's edge, you will be treated to a breathtaking view of the vast caldera below. You will spend the night at Eileen's Trees Inn.
