Your safari adventure begins with an early morning briefing before setting out on a two-hour drive to the stunning Tarangire National Park. The park is renowned as one of the premier destinations to observe elephants in their natural habitat, allowing for incredible close-up encounters. Alongside these majestic creatures, the park teems with buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests. These herbivores often attract a variety of predators, making it a hotspot for spotting lions. While leopards make occasional appearances, cheetahs are a rare sight in this area.

After an exhilarating day of exploration and wildlife viewing, you'll depart from the park in the late afternoon and head to Karatu, where you will unwind and spend the night.

Day 2

Tarangire to Serengeti

Tarangire to Serengeti

After breakfast, you will head towards the Serengeti, passing over the Ngorongoro Crater valley and enjoying its stunning views. Along the way, various natural wonders will captivate you until you reach Serengeti National Park by midday. The Serengeti, Tanzania's oldest and largest park, is renowned for the annual migration of hundreds of thousands of wildebeests and zebras in search of fresh grass and water. The park boasts diverse habitats, including short grass plains, savanna, thick bush, swamps, and lakes, and is dotted with unique rock formations called kopjes, where predators are often seen. You will spend the night at Into Wild Tented Camp inside the park.

This morning, you will embark on additional game drives in the Serengeti. Around noon, you'll begin your journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, enjoying a game drive along the way.
