Your private Driver-Guide will either pick you from your hotel or await your arrival at the airport to initiate your safari journey. Beginning promptly at 8 am, the adventure sets off towards the striking semi-arid landscape of Samburu Game Reserve. En route, there will be a brief pause at Nanyuki to capture a unique photo opportunity at the equator.

By afternoon, you'll reach Samburu, just in time for check-in and a delightful lunch, followed by a relaxed afternoon to unwind. Later, as the afternoon cools off, engage in an exciting game drive, where Samburu's wilderness reveals its marvels. Stay alert for the array of wildlife that inhabit this reserve.

Day 2

The Rare 5 of the Samburu Experience

Start your day early with a picnic breakfast and embark on an exhilarating and extensive game drive through the breathtaking landscapes of Samburu National Reserve. As you traverse the rugged terrain, keep your eyes peeled for the Samburu Rare Five: iconic reticulated giraffe, the majestic Grevy's zebra and the elusive Somali ostrich, all of which call this reserve home.

During the day, Samburu being an arid climatic zones gets too hot, the animals retreat into the bushes and other hiding places for shade: it's time to head back to the camp for relaxing and some pool time. Hot lunch served at the camp around lunch time.

In late afternoon, head out for another game drive just before sunset. As the day draws to a close, return to your camp, where you'll unwind with a delicious dinner.

Start your day with a buffet breakfast before checking out. As you begin your journey southward towards Lake Nakuru, indulge in an enroute game drive as you exit the park. In the middle of the journey, soak in the picturesque vistas of the Rift Valley that unfold before you. Upon reaching Lake Nakuru, settle into the Cliff, an epitome of safari opulence, as you savor a delicious lunch, with amazing views of the cliff below.

An Early Morning Game Drive-a Befitting Way to End an Epic Luxury Game Safari

Start your day early with a sunrise game drive in Amboseli National Park to savor the last moments with the wildlife. Afterwards, return to enjoy hot breakfast at the lodge.

Then, it's time to check out and commence your journey back to Nairobi. The drive usually lasts around 4 to 5 hours, subject to traffic and road conditions. Feel free to make pit stops at viewpoints or towns for snacks, stretching or lunch featuring local cuisine: (which we will happily cater for).

Expect to arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon, where you can either head back to your hotel or be dropped off at the airport for your onward journey.
