Start your day early with a hearty breakfast at the lodge, then head out for a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve. The early morning light is perfect for spotting predators, so keep an eye out for lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Your guide will lead you through the reserve’s diverse landscapes, offering insight into the animals’ behavior and the ecosystem.
At lunch hour, stop for a relaxing picnic lunch at a scenic spot in the reserve. After lunch, continue your drive, spotting hippos, crocodiles and perhaps even a wild dog pack. The afternoon brings more exciting wildlife sightings, from giraffes to hyenas along with fantastic birdwatching opportunities, including eagles and vultures.
As the day winds down, head to a viewpoint to capture the stunning Mara landscape in the golden light of the setting sun.

After breakfast at your lodge, take a moment to absorb the peaceful beauty of the Aberdares before beginning your journey back to Nairobi.
Set off on the scenic drive through the Central Highlands, enjoying the sweeping views of rolling hills and expansive landscapes as you make your way back to the city. On these parts, coffee growing is a key aspect of the socioeconomic set up, and we'd love for you to experience the coffee farm tour, sip an authentically brewed cup of fresh coffee, learn more about the coffee growing life cycle, and get to purchase un-adulterated coffee beans form the source!
