Travel to Kidepo Valley National Park

After breakfast at your hotel in Kampala/Entebbe, at 06:00am you will start a safari to Kidepo Valley National Park about 9-10 hours’ drive in your 4×4 Safari Van/Land Cruiser with an experienced Uganda Tubale Safaris Guide/Driver.

You will take the Kampala-Nakasongola-Kitgum route which comes with en-route view of the beautiful countryside landscape, homestead, River Kafu, Karuma Wildlife Reserve and lunch stop will be made along the way. Check in at your wildlife safari lodge in Kidepo National Park for dinner and overnight stay.

Morning Game drive and visit to Karamajong Manyattas

Have breakfast early in the morning and after, embark on your game drive through Narus Valley of Kidepo Valley National Park.
Expect to enjoy excellent view of wildlife like buffaloes, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, birds and many more. Retreat from a game drive to have lunch and some relaxation after 3-4 hours of wildlife expedition.

In the afternoon, a visit to Karamajong Manyattas will be your next tour activity. A cultural tour at Karamajong community offers you opportunity to learn more about their lifestyles, enjoy their dances, music and also explore other cultural practices. Later, return to the lodge for dinner and a night stay.

Guided nature walk & evening game drive

After breakfast, set out for a guided nature walk via Kanangorok hot springs. Expect to sights variety of wildlife and birds including lots of ostriches.

Walk back after your 2 or 3hours’ of nature walk to have lunch and, in the evening, you will go for evening game drive to sight for more wildlife including those you didn’t see the previous day. Dinner and overnight stay at wildlife safari lodge.

Return to Kampala/Entebbe
