Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your Professional Safari Guide will arrive at 8:00 am to pick you up from your Arusha hotel. After everyone boards, you'll head to Tarangire National Park, covering 120 km in about 2-3hrs. The park boasts nine vegetation zones and iconic Baobab trees. Your game drive begins amidst these ancient giants, offering a unique perspective on wildlife.

The drive continues until late afternoon with a picnic lunch stop. Spanning 3,000 sq km, the park owes its name to the Tarangire River, drawing a plethora of animals like elephants, giraffes, lions, antelopes, and zebras. Keep an eye out for the elusive tree-climbing python and the long-necked Gerenuk. With the highest concentration of elephants, Tarangire provides unparalleled opportunities to observe their familial interactions. Don't miss capturing these moments with your camera.
