Venture out on morning and afternoon game drives, accompanied by experienced guides who will help you spot wildlife and share insights about the park's ecosystem. Enjoy a packed lunch amidst the wilderness, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. Return to Camp Bastian Mikumi in the evening for dinner and another night under the starlit African sky.

Udzungwa Mountains

On the final day of your safari, depart from Mikumi National Park after breakfast and head to the Udzungwa Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its biodiversity and scenic beauty. Upon arrival, embark on a guided hike through the lush rainforest, home to an array of endemic plant and animal species, including the rare Iringa red colobus monkey. Trek to the stunning Sanje Waterfalls, where you can swim in the refreshing pools and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. After lunch, bid farewell to the Udzungwa Mountains and begin your journey back to Dar es Salaam, where your safari adventure concludes.
