Day 1

You'll be picked up from your guest house in Entebbe and drive to the southern part of Uganda through Mityanan Mubende Kyenjonjo Fort Portal then Kasese. The drive is about 8 hours so we recommend that you plan your departure times as early as 7:00 am so that you will have enough time for short breaks. Depending on where you are sleeping you can create some time for an evening game drive. The park is blessed with several tracks that a rich with abundant wildlife. While on a game drive, on a lucky day, you may be able to find several families of African elephants, and a pride of lions, spotting a leopard is always a plus. A hot lunch will be served en route or at the lodge. You'll have dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2

After breakfast, you take on a game drive looking for wildlife. This park is blessed with big numbers of kobs and other antelopes, which sustain good numbers of predators such as lions, leopards, and spotted hyenas among others. After your morning game drive, you head back to the lodge for a hot lunch and later on take a scheduled boat trip on the Kazinga channel that connects Lake Edward and Lake Gorge.
In the afternoon, you will take a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel to discover more about this park. Kazinga channel is famous for its population of hippos and is said to have the highest population of hippos on the African continent. Other wildlife can be sighted here including the African elephant, the Cape buffalos, waterbucks, birds, and reptiles like the Nile crocodile among others. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge in the Kasenyi sector.

Day 3

After breakfast, you'll depart from Queen Elizabeth National Park to Entebbe International Airport for your outbound flight. This journey is about 7/8 hours with several stops for leg stretch and a coffee break. Please note that there are optional activities you can undertake before departing for Entebbe and these include Chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura (100$ permits) and Carnivore tracking (200$ per person).
