In the morning, you will catch a flight from Dar es Salaam to Arusha. Upon landing, you will receive a warm welcome and be driven to Tarangire National Park, which is about a 2-hour scenic drive away.

Tarangire National Park is famous for its majestic elephants and iconic baobab trees. In this vibrant ecosystem, you will observe the Maasai people tending to their livestock. Lunch will be a delightful experience within the park, and as the day draws to a close, you will be taken to your accommodations for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Enjoy an early breakfast at the lodge before beginning a direct drive to the entrance of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. After completing the entrance formalities, you will explore the depths of the Ngorongoro Crater, a stunning depression that plunges 600m (2,000ft) deep and spans an area of 250km² (97mi²).

During a captivating 6-hour game drive across the crater floor, your knowledgeable guide will lead you through breathtaking landscapes and a rich diversity of wildlife, including the rare and endangered black rhinoceros. Your adventure will include a scenic stop for a packed lunch at the beautiful Lake Ngoitoktok picnic site, where you can enjoy views of the resident hippopotamuses. Afterward, you will drive back to Arusha to catch your evening flight to Dar es Salaam.
