Journey from Mombasa Island to Tsavo East National Park

Depart from your hotel in Mombasa and travel towards Tsavo East National Park. The journey takes you through scenic landscapes before you enter the park, renowned for its vast savannahs and diverse wildlife.

Upon arrival at Tsavo East, proceed directly to Voi Lodge for check-in. After settling in, enjoy a delicious lunch at the lodge.

In the afternoon, embark on your first exciting game drive through the park. Explore the park's key attractions, including the Tsavo River, Yatta Plateau, Mdanda Rock, Lugard Falls, Voi River and the iconic Aruba Dam. Tsavo East is famous for its "red elephants," along with other wildlife such as rhinos, leopards, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffes and a variety of bird species.

Your game drive will continue until sunset, offering plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife in the park's diverse habitats.

Return to the lodge in the evening for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay.

Arrive at Ngutuni Lodge in the evening in time for check-in. Relax and unwind before enjoying a delicious dinner at the lodge.

After dinner, you have the option(not costed) to participate in a thrilling night game drive to spot nocturnal animals that are active after dark. This unique experience offers a different perspective on wildlife behavior in the conservancy.

Ngutuni Conservancy to Haller Park (End of Travel)

Depart from Ngutuni Conservancy early in the morning and embark on a scenic drive to Haller Park in Mombasa. The journey typically takes around 3 to 4 hours, offering views of the diverse landscapes of Kenya along the way.

Upon arrival at Haller Park, take a guided tour to explore the rehabilitated landscapes. Discover the park's rich biodiversity, which includes a variety of plant species and an array of animals such as giraffes, hippos and crocodiles. Learn about the park's history and its transformation from a limestone quarry to a thriving ecological haven.
