Day 1

You will be picked by our professional guide who will brief you and embark on the 6 hours journey to Queen Elizabeth. Along the way you will have a stop over at Mbarara town at Agip Motel for your lunch.
Thereafter proceed to the Park as you drive through the spectacular landscape characterized with open grasslands, Ankole long horned cattle, tea plantations, the Rift valley Escarpment and various woodlands. Reach the park in late afternoon and have a game drive as you drive to your lodge.

Day 2

Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise

Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise

After an early morning breakfast, you will depart at 6:00 am for a morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park aiming to catch the lions hunting in the morning. After the game drive, you will transfer to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, you will enjoy boat cruising on the Kazinga Channel which connects Lake Edward and Lake George. Some of the best wildlife viewings are done on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, passing squacco herons, pied kingfishers, large numbers of buffalo and hippo, basking crocodiles, and very many different bird species and large mammals. This is one of the most memorable experiences from the park. Over 300 hippos are found in the lake. In the evening, you will head back to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an evening game drive to see animals which you might have missed during your morning game drive. Your dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 3

The day begins with a delightful breakfast after which you'll return to the mainland and prepare to drive back to Kampala. You will make a lunch stop at the Equator in Masaka, and see where this imaginary line divides our planet into two equal hemispheres. Snacks, souvenirs, and photographs may be taken here. After taking having a memorable moment at the equator, you will embark on your journey to Entebbe.
