Kigali Rwanda to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

You will be picked up from the airport in Kigali by a safari guide who will drive you straight to the Uganda-Rwanda boarder of Cyanika/Katuna. In the process, you will transverse the lush countryside with undulating hills that have qualified Rwanda as a land of a thousand hills arriving in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

You will have an early morning breakfast with a packed lunch, you will move to the park headquarters to join other trackers in briefing about gorilla trekking rules. You will trek through thick creepers with your guide to find gorillas which can take you 1- 8 hrs. You will stay with the gorillas for some time once sited. Later, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Batwa Cultural Experience and Kigali Connect

Early in the morning, you will check out, have morning breakfast, and go for the Batwa Cultural Trail. Living in harmony with the forest and surviving by hunting small game using bows and arrows, this fascinating excursion gives great insight into how this ancient group of people existed. Foraging in the lush undergrowth and gathering plants for both food and medicinal purposes, the Batwa have a symbiotic relationship with the wild. Later, you will have lunch. You will be transferred back to Kigali International Airport.
