Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your driver / guide will pick you up at your hotel in Arusha in the morning and drive to the entrance of Tarangire National Park, which takes about 2 hours. You’ll have lunch in the park and spend the rest of the day spotting elephants, giraffes, pelicans, zebras and lots of other animals. Tarangire is renowned for its majestic Baobab trees and impressive herds of elephants. Wildlife enthusiasts will be captivated by the range of animal species and rare breeds like Oryx and hirolas well as unique bird species.
In the late late afternoon you’ll drive to your accommodation for the night, where dinner will also be served.

Day 2

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

After enjoying breakfast we will commence our descent into the Ngorongoro Crater floor around 6;30 AM. This extraordinary crater is not the most inactive volcanic caldera, in the world but has also remained intact and unfilled since its formation. The Ngorongoro Crater is vast spanning 260 kilometers and reaching depths of, over 2000 feet. During the 5-hour game drive on the crater floor, you’ll witness a plethora of animal encounters. It’s highly recommended to keep your camera ready to capture these moments. The crater is home to many creatures such as elephants, buffalos, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs and lions. After enjoying a picnic lunch by the Hippo pool you’ll embark on a steep climb towards the crater’s exit. This marks the leg of your adventure with a remaining 4-hour drive to Arusha. By 6;00 PM in the evening you’ll be safely dropped off at your location in Arusha. With experiences and cherished memories, in your heart, it’s time to bid farewell to your team.
