Day 1

At 6:30am, you will be collected from your hotel or airport in Arusha and depart for Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive. Tanzania’s third-largest national park is known for its majestic baobab trees that dot the landscape, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them.

The Tarangire River is the centerpiece of this park, famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. You may also see lions, leopards, cheetahs, lesser kudu, buffalos, oryx, eland, giraffes, and zebras here.

After the game drive, you will return to your camp or lodge, where a delicious dinner awaits you.

Day 2

Karatu to Serengeti National Park

Karatu to Serengeti National Park

You will have breakfast at 6:00am at the hotel. Henceforth, our driver will pick you up and start the three-hour drive to Serengeti National Park. On arrival, you will start a game drive across Serengeti National Park.

Serengeti National Park is a World Heritage Site teeming with wildlife! Over 2 million ungulates, 4000 lions, 1000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and some 500 bird species inhabit an area close to 15,000 square kilometers (5,800 square miles) in size.

You will stop for lunch at 1:00pm, then continue with the drive for the rest of the day. Your overnight stay is at Taji Rest House.

You will have a full bush breakfast at 7:00am, and subsequently, our driver will pick you up and start a game drive across Serengeti National Park. You will stop for lunch at 1:30pm, then continue with the drive for the rest of the day, ending with an overnight stay at your accommodation.

Early in the morning, after breakfast from Osero Serengeti Tented Camp at 6:00am, you will start with a morning game drive in the park. Our driver will take you on a very intense exploration of the mysteries and wonders of Serengeti National Park.

Prepare to be awestruck as you traverse the Serengeti's iconic savannas, spotting lions lazing in the sun, elephants lumbering across the plains, and graceful giraffes grazing amidst acacia trees.

Drive back to Karatu in the evening for your dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5

Early in the morning, after breakfast, depart your Peak Hotel at 6:00am and make your way to the Ngorongoro Crater for one hour with our driver.

Once you reach Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will stop for lunch, and later, you will descend via an adventurous path down into the 600m high caldera. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979, this massive collapsed volcano is home to over 25,000 mammals, such as spotted hyenas and the Big Five—lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and African buffalo

At 1:00pm, you will have lunch, ascend out of the caldera, and drive to Arusha City, marking the end of your wonderful visit with a drop-off at the hotel or airport.
