Day 1

Your safari adventure begins with a pickup from your Nairobi hotel around 7:30 am, depending on your location. You'll embark on a roughly six-hour drive to the Masai Mara. En route, there will be a brief stop at a viewpoint to admire the stunning Great Rift Valley. You'll arrive at the Masai Mara National Reserve by noon, just in time for lunch at the camp. After settling in and enjoying your meal, you'll head out for an exciting afternoon game drive.

After an early breakfast and with a picnic lunch packed, you'll spend the entire day exploring this remarkable park, which constitutes the northern section of the renowned Serengeti National Park. You'll have the opportunity to visit the Mara River, located at the border of Masai Mara and the Serengeti, where a large number of animals gather, particularly during your travel period. All meals and your overnight accommodation will be at the camp.

Day 3

If time allows, you can opt for a boat ride at Lake Naivasha's Crescent Island. You'll reach your destination in the evening, where you'll have dinner and stay overnight at Lanet Matfam Resort.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru National Park - Lake Naivasha

Lake Nakuru National Park - Lake Naivasha

After an early breakfast, spend the morning exploring Lake Nakuru National Park, where you can observe flamingos among many other birds, with around 350 species documented. The park is a sanctuary for black and white rhinos and aims to protect endangered species. You may also encounter Colobus monkeys, leopards, giraffes, and different types of antelope. Later, head to nearby Lake Naivasha, enjoying a picnic lunch on the way. In the evening, you can choose to take a boat ride on Crescent Island. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at Dove Nest Lodge.

Day 5

Following an early breakfast, head to Hell's Gate National Park, where you'll have the opportunity to explore the Ol Karia Geothermal Power Plant and the Hot Springs. This unique park permits travel by foot or bicycle only. You can choose to visit Crescent Island for a boat ride, observe hippos and other wildlife. Later, enjoy lunch before departing for Nairobi, where you'll arrive around 5:00 pm for drop-off at your hotel.
