Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

This day, you will meet your guide, and then drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park overnight. Later have a stopover at the Equator in order to have photography and En route lunch in Mbarara. However you will proceed your scenic drive to southwestern Uganda arriving late afternoon for overnight at the lodge.

Gorilla trekking and drive to Lake Bunyonyi

After an early morning breakfast, you will drive to the park headquarters for briefing before starting gorilla tracking. This is the main highlight of the day. You are assigned an armed ranger and 2 rangers with machetes to clear paths during the trekking. Gorilla trekking is strenuous and requires a certain level of fitness. On locating these gentle apes, you will be given an hour to watch them carry on with their daily tasks, little ones enchanting while the adults watching them vividly. After gorilla tracking, You will have your packed lunch and proceed to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation and rewind about your perfect gorilla trekking experience.

Drive Back to Kampala
