Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our Company representative and escorted to settle into the Sarova Panafric Hotel, where your accommodation has been booked on a Bed and breakfast basis. Overnight at Sarova Panafric Hotel.

Day 2

Lake Nakuru National Park

Today, after breakfast, you will depart Nairobi and drive to the floor of the Rift Valley with a brief stop at the Rift Valley viewpoint to take the most eye-catching view of the Escarpment. Game viewing en route to Lake Nakuru Lodge. After lunch, proceed to an afternoon game drive. Besides the flamingos that the lake is famous for, there are approx 400 other species of birds visiting the lake. Also, the park is home to a diverse range of game species, including the introduced Rothschild’s giraffe, black and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard, baboon, and many species of plains game. This variety of wildlife is sure to make your game drive an exciting and memorable experience.

After an early morning breakfast, you will check out of the lodge with a game enroute drive further along the Rift Valley. As you journey, you'll be captivated by the unique features of Lake Elementaita, Lake Naivasha, and the majestic Mt Longonot and Suswa, all nestled in the Great Rift Valley. Your adventure continues into the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive at Ashnil Mara Camp on time for lunch. Check in and have lunch. The Maasai Mara, famed for its wildebeest migration during July - Oct, promises to be the highlight of your Kenyan safari. With vast open spaces, abundant game, and the most breathtaking sunsets you'll ever witness, it's a sight to behold. Dinner and overnight stay at Ashnil Mara Camp.

Today, you will have another full day in Maasai Mara, Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary, where you will have the best opportunity to spot the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, and elephant). You can opt to go out with picnic lunch boxes to spend most of the day in the park coming back to the lodge late afternoon, or you can have an early morning pre-
breakfast game drive, and another one late afternoon. There will also be an optional visit to a local Maasai village. All meals and overnight at Ashnil Mara Camp.

Today, prepare to be thrilled as you venture deeper into the world-famous Serengeti on a full-day game drive, eagerly searching for the great wildebeest migration. In the Northern Serengeti, the hub of the great migration, you'll find yourself in a unique position. The landscape, with its awe-inspiring vast stretches of savannah interspersed with acacia trees and riverine woodlands, is a sight that will leave you amazed. Along the banks of the Mara River, you'll witness the annual spectacle of the half a million migrating wildebeest. Among the commonly spotted wildlife are a multitude of plains game such as buffalo, zebra, gazelles, impala, giraffe, and the majestic lion and leopard.
After an exhilarating morning, you'll enjoy a well-deserved lunch break in the park, surrounded by the beauty of nature. Today, after a satisfying breakfast, you will embark on a full game drive in the Central Serengeti. This region, located at the heart of the national park, is a wildlife enthusiast's paradise. It's the most popular area in the reserve, known for its abundant wildlife and large numbers of big cats. The quintessential Serengeti landscapes of acacia-studded savanna add to the thrill. The resident wildlife ensures that the Central Serengeti is a fantastic year-round destination, promising you an exciting and eventful game drive.

Today, you will drive to the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, a 2-hour drive from Serengeti. This Crater, the world’s largest intact collapsed caldera, is a self-contained ecosystem with its own unique and diverse population of wildlife, offering an intriguing and exciting experience in a confined area of amazing variety.
The crater, home to lots of lions, hyena, fantastic bird-life, serval, Cape buffalo, and zebra, also boasts breathtaking landscapes. The view from the veranda of the lodges is awe-inspiring, especially in the morning with the early morning mist, due to its high altitude. The Ngorongoro Crater is a place that never ceases to amaze, and can be visited at any time of the year.
You will have your lunch in the Crater and then continue with the game drive. In the evening you will drive to Karatu town for the night.

Today after breakfast you will drive to Tarangire National Park. The drive to Tarangire National Park is about 110 Km and takes about 2 hours from Arusha.

Tarangire National Park is a vast wilderness, renowned for its large herds of elephants, which can often be seen bathing in the Tarangire River. But it's not just elephants that make this park special. It’s also home to lions, leopards, and a myriad of bird species, making it a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts. The park's diverse landscapes, from the lush Silale Swamp to the rugged baobab-studded plains, offer a unique backdrop for wildlife sightings.

You will enjoy a hot lunch at Tarangire Safari Lodge, followed by a thrilling game drive.

As the day draws to a close, you'll be transported to your next Lodge, where you'll comfortably spend the night. A delicious dinner awaits you, providing the perfect end to an exciting day of wildlife exploration.
