Nairobi-Masai Mara National Reserve

We will pick you up from the hotel/airport and drive through the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve. You will stop at the Great Rift Valley viewing point to take photos of the historical escarpment and to use of washrooms. Masai Mara is part of the Serengeti vast plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migration and is home to the Big Five: lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. You will have an introductory game drive on this day. Later, you will drive back to the camp or lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve Game Drive

After breakfast, you’ll leave for a full-day game drive with your packed lunch.
The amazing wildlife experience continues. On the plains are large herds of herbivores grazing, cheetahs, and leopards hiding in their locations. Masai Mara is the heart of Kenyan tourism with large species of mammals, amphibians, reptiles, and over 400 bird species recorded on the reserve.

Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant, and it is for this reason a visitor hardly misses to see the Big Five (buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, and rhino). Your picnic lunch will be at the Mara River migration point. After your picnic lunch, you will have some rest before embarking on your late afternoon game drive until late in the evening. Later, you will drive back to the camp or lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Masai Mara- Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, you will have an optional activity for a cultural tour which is known as the Maasai village tour. You'll learn their way of life by participating in their cultural dances with the Maasai Warriors and also watching the women milking, and how they measure their wealth in terms of the number of cattle and children. Then you’ll depart for Lake Nakuru National Park with lunch en route.

You can engage in an optional fun activity of a boat ride at Lake Naivasha. Lake Naivasha is home to species of birds including migrating birds, eagles, and others. This is the place you will be closer to hippos during a boat ride. You’ll then proceed to Lake Nakuru, arriving late in the evening at your hotel.

Lake Nakuru-Nairobi

In the morning after breakfast, you will go for a game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park. The famous Lake Nakuru attracts vast numbers of fabulously colored pink flamingos to its shallow waters.

Hippos, various animals, black rhinos, giraffes, lions, leopards, and a profusion of birds are also present at the lake. You will exit the park at 11:00 am and drive back to Nairobi arriving late evening where you will be dropped off at the airport to catch your flight back or at the hotel of your preference.
