Arusha to Serengeti National Park

On arrival at Arusha Airport (ARK) which caters to domestic flights, you will be met by your Private Safaris guide and you will start your adventure drive to Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National Park is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequalled for its natural beauty and scientific value, it has the greatest concentration of plains game in Africa. It is the migration for which Serengeti is perhaps most famous, vast numbers of wildebeest; accompanied by a large number of zebras and antelope move in an annual pattern, constantly seeking fresh grazing. The precise timing of the migration is entirely dependent upon the rainfall patterns each year. A packed lunch will be served at the picnic sites on your way to Serengeti.

Serengeti National Park

This entire day is set aside for game drives in the Serengeti. The Serengeti boasts an abundance of wildlife such as impala, buffalo, crocodile, and hippopotamus. In addition to the iconic landscapes, you have a good chance of encountering predators and you may see lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Depending on the location of the great migration, you may venture away from the central region to experience this natural wonder. It is truly a life-changing experience.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater then Arusha Airport

Early morning after breakfast, we depart for Ngorongoro Crater. The Crater was created when a large volcano exploded and collapsed on itself two to three million years ago. It is famous for both its geological delights and for being a natural reserve that is home to some of the densest large mammal populations in the whole of the African continent. Then driving down into the Crater is an adventure in itself and when you reach the Creator Floor, you quickly find yourself amongst large numbers of wild breast, zebras, gazelle, and more than 500 bird species. The Creator provides you with the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhino, which can sometimes be spotted in the open grasslands.
Day three marks the end of this amazing safari, with us, you shall head directly to the airport and embark on your next destination.
