Day 2

Tarangire National Park

Today our safari adventure begins! After breakfast, our guide will pick you up from your hotel around 8 am, then begin our 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. You'll arrive at Tarangire's gate around 10 am. After check-in, start your game drive. Tarangire is well known for thousands of elephants and unique tree-climbing lions, there are also plenty of wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, buffalo, and hippos. Unique baobab trees believed to have existed for over 8000 years can be a notable feature of this park. Lunch will be taken at the Tarangire River picnic site, offering unprecedented views of the Tarangire plains. After lunch, proceed with a game drive until late evening when you'll exit the park and drive to your lodge for your overnight and dinner.

Ngorongoro Crater

Following breakfast, we start our 30min drive to Ngorongoro Crater for gamedrive. Your first sight of Ngorongoro Crater is likely not one you'll easily forget. As seen from the Crater rim, this natural bowl, both vast and intimate, is one of Africa's most beautiful natural features. Down into the crater itself, you'll explore an astonishingly rich self-contained ecosystem that is protected by high crater walls. Here lions and hyenas hunt wildebeest and grant's gazzelle within sight of elephants and Black rhinos. Your day spent here will reveal a surprising variety of habitats, from the Lereal forest and salty Lake Magadi to the plains that rise and fall gently all across the valley floor. Lunch will be enjoyed at the hippo pool picnic site before proceeding with your exploration until late evening when you will drive to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

After your tasty breakfast, we depart Ngorongoro, passing through the Crater's highlands towards Serengeti National Park. This 4-5 hour journey will take you for a scenic drive through beautiful landscapes, Maasai villages, and wildlife before arriving in Serengeti around 2-3 pm. Here you will enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the wilderness, enjoying mesmerizing views of the Serengeti plains. After lunch, begin your evening gamedrive, seeking out elusive predators and majestic giants. As the sun sets conclude your day by retreating to your accommodation nestled within Serengeti's untamed beauty.

After enjoying the early morning gamedrive in Central Serengeti, you will set off for a 3-hour drive towards the Northern Part of Serengeti National Park. Here, you are set to witness one of the greatest spectacles in the world, wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes gather in millions in search of greener pastures. Occasionally, they cross the crocodile-infested Mara River to Masai Mara in Kenya. The day promises a lot of drama as the predators are lured by the abundance of opportunities and easy meals. As the afternoon arrives, you will pause for a delicious meal amidst the wilderness. After lunch, you will keep exploring until later in the evening when you drive to your overnight accommodation inside Nothern Serengeti.

After breakfast, we'll drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Upon arrival, we'll check in at the park, and proceed with the game drive. Lake Manyara National Park is home to thousands of pink flamingoes that dominate the park, especially during the wet season. There are over 400 bird species, many of them waterfowl or migrants. Apart from a spectacular setting, the park is famous for its unusual tree-climbing lions and vast elephant herds. Lunch will be served at Lake Manyara's shore while taking in the amazing views. Afterwards, proceed with a game drive until late evening when you'll exit the park and drive to your lodge for your overnight and dinner.
