After a hearty breakfast, your dedicated and knowledgeable guide will collect and transfer you through to the iconic Tarangire National Park. This park is known for its diverse landscapes, baobab trees, wonderful birding and large numbers of game. After settling experience your first afternoon private game drive with our guide in the Tarangire in search of many wildlife species. Game drives take centre stage in this national park and it offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Tanzania.

This morning you can either choose to relax and have a leisurely breakfast or your guide can take you on an early morning game drive in the Tarangire. After the morning activity, you will head on out to the Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro conservation area. Lunch on the way depending on the time of departure could be a picnic lunch stop. In the afternoon arrive at your lodge - Serengeti Tortilis Camp. This is an authentic and classic tented camp which is located in central Serengeti. After orientating yourself in the camp with views of the endless plains, you can enjoy a late afternoon game drive with your personal guide. In the evening retire to your spacious and well appointed tent with comfortable beds.

After checking out, enjoy a scenic drive with your private guide to the Karatu area near Ngorongoro. This drive doubles as a game drive, offering wildlife sightings on the plains. Relax as you're expertly guided to the next destination of your Bush & Beach East Africa itinerary, a journey of about 4.5 hours. Upon arriving in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you'll descend into the vast volcanic caldera, the world's largest intact caldera and a haven for wildlife. A packed picnic brunch will be provided as you enjoy sightings beyond the 'Big Five'. In the late afternoon, settle into Bougainvillea Safari Lodge, located minutes from the Ngorongoro gate. The lodge offers spacious cottages, landscaped grounds, a refreshing swimming pool, and a gift shop. Enjoy delicious meals prepared from locally grown ingredients and relax with a drink from the well-stocked bar while taking in the stunning views.

After breakfast, your guide will transfer you to the Manyara airstrip where you will wave goodbye to the guide and then board a light aircraft flight through to the tropical island of Zanzibar. Upon arrival as you exit the airport, one of our local representatives will meet you and transfer you to the beach resort of Nungwi Beach by Turaco. The flight is at 11h55 and arrival is at 14h25. The resort is a decent 4-star is the drive is 45 minutes from Abeid Amani Karume International Airport in Zanzibar. There are gardens, pool and in the evening there is live entertainment and guests can have dinner at the Fisherman's Seafood Bar & Grill which services international fusion cuisine.
