After an early breakfast at your lodge, drive to Tarangire National Park with a packed lunch for a game drive.
Tarangire boasts the largest concentration of elephants and the highest number of breeding bird species. Expect to see big cats like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, along with the seldom-seen kudu, oryx, and gerenuk. The Tarangire River draws large herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, attracting various predators. At transfer to Marera Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

In morning after breakfast, travel to Central Serengeti, stopping at Olduvai Gorge, the "Cradle of Mankind," for a museum visit and to learn about significant paleoanthropological discoveries. In afternoon continue to Central Serengeti for game viewing, spotting large herds of wildebeest and zebras along with their predators. Evening settle into Tanzania Bush Camp Central for dinner and overnight.

Early departure for a full day of game drives in Northern Serengeti, focusing on the Great Migration.

Day 6

After an early breakfast, depart with a picnic lunch and drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game driving. Descend the 600m deep caldera, the world's largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera. The crater floor spans about 260 sq. km and offers diverse wildlife due to its rich ecosystems and watering holes. Expect to see African elephants, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions among the 30,000 animals present. Afternoon continue the game drive for 5-6 hours on the crater floor, capturing numerous animal interactions and breathtaking landscapes. After the game drive, head to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay at Octagon Lodge.

After breakfast, enjoy a walking tour in the farming town of Mto wa Mbu. This village is home to over 120 different societies from across Tanzania, offering a vibrant mix of cultures. You will viisit rice and banana plantations, a local beer factory, a school, and a carving factory. Discover the traditional way of life of the villagers. Late morning Continue to Lake Manyara National Park, a short drive from Mto wa Mbu. Known for its vast soda lake filled with pink flamingos, a large population of baboons, incredible birdlife, and stunning views. Spot giraffes, elephants, hippos, buffaloes, zebras, flamingos, and possibly tree-climbing lions. After the game drive, return to Arusha for relaxation, followed by a delicious dinner and overnight stay.
