Cape Town to Gondwana Safari Lodge

You depart Cape Town and drive 3 hours to Gondwana Private Lodge. Upon arrival at the safari park, only a 4-hour drive from Cape Town, you are treated to the finest African cuisine at Gondwana’s luxury hotel. Check-in is at 2 pm. Prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you will enjoy bush breakfasts, romantic picnics, evening barbecues and relaxing sundowners in the picturesque Garden Route.

Each private suite of the luxury safari hotel is a well-appointed, free-standing building with a spacious bedroom. They overlook 2 waterholes across the valley and onto the Outeniqua and Langeberg Mountain ranges, which once formed part of the supercontinent known as Gondwanaland.

You will have lunch, dinner and a game drive on the first day.

Safaris at Gondwana Private Lodge

An early morning game drive, breakfast, lunch, an afternoon game drive and dinner are enjoyed on the second day.

The prices quoted are based on the full-board option, which includes accommodation, 2 game drives per night, dinner, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, the Junior Ranger Program and mountain biking.

Kwena Lodge within the Gondwana Game Reserve accommodates 2 guests per unit. If you are a family with children, please enquire, and we will gladly quote on units within the reserve that accommodate children of all ages.

Safari and Departure

On the last day, have an early morning game drive (6 am) and return for breakfast at 9 am. Check-out is at 11 am, whereafter you will depart to Cape Town.
