Day 1

You will arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport. You will be picked up by your Eyes Of Tanzania representative, have a meet and greet, and drive to your accommodation. After refreshing, you will be briefed about the next day of your safari.
Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Weruweru River Lodge.

Day 2

Marangu Gate

Marangu Gate

After breakfast with lunch boxes, you will drive to Marangu to the starting point of Mount Kilimanjaro. There you will get a lot of interesting information about Mount Kilimanjaro and the community. You will do cultural tourism by visiting local homes to experience their daily lives, waterfalls, local markets ( when it is a market day), blacksmiths, and underground caves which were used during the tribe war between Chaggas and Maasai. In between, you will enjoy your picnic lunch at one of the local restaurants. Late afternoon, you will drive to Babylon Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Lake Chala

Lake Chala

Today you will visit Lake Chala. It is a special crater lake that lies at the border between Tanzania and Kenya. You will be guided by an extra guide from Challa Cultural Tourism and walk around the lake and learn the whole history of it. You will enjoy your picnic lunch at the side of the lake. Later, you will drive to Babu's Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Mkomazi National Park

Mkomazi National Park

Today, you will start early. Mkomazi National Park is known as a home to black rhinos and wild dogs.

You will visit the sanctuary. If you are lucky, you will drive very close to the rhino. You will learn about the sanctuary. Later on, you will continue with a game drive in the park. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch at the side of Lake Jipe, or one of the picnic sites inside the park. Late afternoon, you will drive to Sal Salinero Hotel in Moshi for dinner and an overnight stay.

You will do a Moshi town tour. You will visit the local central market. Later, you will drive to Chemka Hot Spring, reaching there your cook will have BBQ and drinks ready for you. You will enjoy the day at this magical natural spring. Later on, you will drive to Meru View Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Arusha City Tour

Arusha City Tour

Today, you will visit Nkwanikoli Forest, together with a guide you will do a walk in this forest which is at the border of Arusha National Park. This will take around two to three hours. You will then go for lunch at one of the local restaurants at Usa-River. After lunch, you will drive to Arusha and visit Maasai Market. Later on, you will drive back to Meru View Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 7

Arusha National Park

Arusha National Park

You will visit Arusha National Park today. Some films were shot in this park. The most famous one was Hatari with John Wayne. You will walk with an armed ranger for a couple of hours and might come quite close to some animals. Thereafter, you will drive up a part of the slopes of Mt. Meru through a beautiful wild forest. After your descent, you will continue with game drives and to the picnic site at the Momella Lakes and Ngurdoto Crater. Thereafter, you will canoe for about 2-3 hours. Later, you will drive back to Meru View Lodge.

Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire National Park in Northern Tanzania has the largest elephant population. It has very impressive baobab trees. You will do game drives until the later afternoon. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the picnic sites in the park. Thereafter, you will leave the park and head to Tarangire Simba Lodge.

Today You will visit the Hadzabe and Datoga people and community at Lake Eyasei. You will have a lifetime experience with these two oldest tribes in Africa. You will decide with your driver-guide regarding the activities this day. Later on, you will drive to Endoro Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
They are one of the oldest tribes in Africa. The Hadzabe have consistently lived a hunter-gatherer lifestyle without ever resorting to farming. The Datoga are skilled farmers and craftspeople. They keep goats, chickens, sheep and donkeys. Cattle are their most important domestic animals. The meat, fat, blood, milk, hide, horns, tendons, and dung of every animal are used for their ritual purposes.

Day 12

Central Serengeti National Park

Today will be a longer trip to Serengeti. At first, you will drive through wonderful wild forest up the slopes of Ngorongoro Crater until you reach the top of the Crater rim. If there isn’t any fog, you will enjoy a fantastic view of the crater floor 600 meters far below, with a diameter of roughly 20 kilometers. Thereafter, you will continue with your safari to Serengeti. In Serengeti, you will continue with game drives until the later afternoon. You will then drive to Tanzania Bush Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

This will be another full-day game drive around Northern Serengeti. Hopefully, you will see the migration.
The Seronera region, in the central Serengeti, is set directly on the great migration route and offers excellent viewing of this incredible annual phenomenon when countless wildebeest flood the area and move across the plains. While migratory game populations fluctuate seasonally, Seronera is still a wildlife hotspot at other times of the year, sheltering the Big Five, among many other species. Several small campsites provide accommodation and you can enjoy hot air balloon trips and walking safaris as well as guided game drives.
