Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

7: 00 AM, Driver /guide will pick you up from hotel or residence in Entebbe or Kampala.
The drive to Bwindi via Masaka and Mbarara towns is approximately 9hrs.
Stop overs at famous equator line and for snacks and photography.
There will be stop over in Mbarara for lunch and drive to Bwindi, reach accommodation in the evening hours.
There will be chance to explore the community and surrounding for short while.
Dinner will be served at the accommodation.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National park

Begin the day with breakfast ready for Gorilla Trekking, which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from the UWA staff. Ensure to carry along with you rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots etc. The guides will lead you inside the thick forests to see the shy Primates for a group you have been booked for(in groups of 8 pax). Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorilla, perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The tracking may take between 2 and 6 hours but its well worth the effort.
In the evening, you will have community visit of the local Bakiga and Batwa tribes that live close to Bwindi. You will learn their life, history and tradition.

Drive back from Bwindi impenetrable National Park to Kampala or Entebbe Airport

This day marks the end of your 3 day Gorilla Safari. We will journey back to Kampala then proceed to Entebbe/kampala to your hotel or residence, with lunch en-route and stop over at the Equator on masaka road. For anyone with flight slated for that day or the next day, the guide/driver will be available to facilitate the airport transfer.
