Arusha to Tarangire National Park Game Driving

Program of the day: Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel or airport at Arusha while carrying your lunch box and start our beautiful safari to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. Once you finish the game drive, we will transfer you to the lodge for relaxation, have dinner and your overnight stay.

The name of the park originates from Tarangire River that winds its way through the parklands which is the only source of water for wildlife here during the dry season. The Park is well-known for its large elephant herds, Giant Scattered Baobab Trees and Tree-Climbing Africa Python. You will see a variety of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savanna grass lands with animals such as lions, zebras, gazelles, leopards, hyenas, giraffes and many more. It is possible that you will have the experience of seeing a lion stalking his prey or leopards watching whilst relaxing in the trees above.

From Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater

From Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater

Program of the day: After the early morning breakfast, we will drive from Karatu while carrying our lunch box, reaching to the gates of Ngorongoro conservation area, where we will descend to the Ngorongoro crater and you will be able to see a lot of animals living within the crater while having lunch on the crater floor. After the game drive, you will be transferred at your hotel in Arusha or airport.

Ngorongoro crater is among the UNESCO world heritage sites and constitutes of the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and is one of the natural wonders of Africa which was formed after the explosion which occurred approximately 2-3 million years ago. With the presence of about 30,000 large mammals resident all year round such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos and many varieties of birds such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Be ready to see many animals here within a little time.
Activities of the day: Game drives and transfer to Arusha Town or airport.
