Day 1

Today your safari adventure begins! We will pick you up from your hotel in or around Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park. The name Tarangire originates from the Tarangire River, which crosses the park and is the primary source of fresh water for abundant wildlife. Tarangire is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees and tree climbing African pythons. After a well day drive we will go to our accommodation and spend the night in a furnished comfort accommodation with a private bathroom. Dinner will be served.

Day 2

Early morning after breakfast, we depart to Lake Manyara National Park which is an unspoiled paradise and is best known for its abundance of birds and tree-climbing lions. The dramatic western escarpment of the Rift Valley forms the Park’s western border. Lake Manyara is a shallow freshwater, said to be the “loveliest lake in Africa, covering 127 square miles (329 km2) of Lake Manyara national park, the lake’s alkaline waters cover approximately 89 square miles (231 km2). During your exploration of the park, you may see giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, elephants, and if you are lucky; lions lounging in the trees. After lunch and an extensive game drive, we head to the accommodation for an overnight.

Day 3

Ngorongoro Crater

Enjoy the breakfast at the lodge before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater for a crater tour with packed lunch. Dominated by cliffs standing some 600 meters high and presenting a sheer drop down to a wide-open space of some 246 square km, and you may see plenty animals including elephant, Zebra, lion, wildebeest and if you’re lucky, you may spot the endangered and rarely seen black rhino. The day wills end up with a well-deserved dinner and night’s sleep.

Day 4

Lake Natron

After breakfast, you depart from accommodation you will pass the Great Rift Valley and go further toward Lake Natron; you will notice the lush green vegetation slowly changing to dry, arid, and dusty landscapes. This route takes you through the scenic Masai land, with Oldonyo Lengai meaning 'Mountain of God and the sacred mountain of the Masai, in the distance. Oldonyo Lengai is one of the few volcanic mountains that are still active. Wildlife like zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and buffaloes can be spotted here. Enjoy a guided bush walk to Lake Natron, known for its pink-hued shores due to flamingo breeding. In the evening, visit the Munge Waterfalls for a swim and explore Engarasero Footprint, an ancient site with over 400 footprints.

Day 5

Flamingo experience then drive to Serengeti National Park

Flamingo experience then drive to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast you will go with Maasai guide on a walk around the shores of Lake Natron in search of the lesser flamingo. Lake Natron is the most important and regular breeding site for lesser flamingos in East Africa. During the breeding season, Lake Natron hosts up to 2.5 million flamingos. Most egg-laying and hatching occur from September to April, although the peak occurs between October and early December. Later you will proceed to Serengeti for more wildlife experiences. Reaching at Serengeti you will have some rests in your accommodation before going for an evening game drive.

Wake up before the sun rises, The Bush never sleeps. The early morning drive is a particularly good time to bring you close to the wildlife, just when the action is at its most exciting. Few predators hunt in the heat, so the cool of a new morning is when we are most likely to witness the thrill of the chase. Spend your time on this park chasing for animals including elephant, giraffe, impala, waterbuck, hippo, reedbuck, buffalo and baboon, which remain even after the spectacular hordes of blue wildebeest and zebras have gone. Lion, leopard and cheetah can be spotted in one-day game drives.

Wakeup for morning breakfast, later you will enjoy an enroute game on your way to Seronera airstrip for your flight to Arusha. You will be picked and transferred to Kilimanjaro airport for your flight back home. This marks the end of your seven days with us.
