You are met at the airport by our representative for the transfer to Elephant Lodge, located on the outskirt of town, with beautiful views over the horizon, and the Falls spray when in full season.
Arrive at the camp and relax, you will have the possibility to experience several excursions during your stay, chat to the camp manager to schedule them, as per your preferences and the weather.
The camp is quite small with only 12 tents, allowing for privacy and personalized service. The main area boasts a beautiful sunken fire pit and swimming pool while the suites are equipped with a private viewing deck, plunge pool and outdoor shower.

Enjoy a hearty breakfast and experience your activities included in your stay; or simply relax at the camp. We suggest combining a tour of the Falls, with lunch at the Lookout and a sunset cruise, but it is all up to you to combine the activities as you prefer.

The Zambezi Sunset cruise is a superb way to relax and enjoy the spectacular beauty of the Zambezi River. There are great photo opportunities against often-spectacular African sunsets. Flocks of birds skim the waterline as the sun sets behind the African skyline. You may have the opportunity to see a variety of game; including hippo, crocodile, and elephant as well as enjoy the many different bird species.

Fly to Hwange National Park
After breakfast, you are transferred to the airport on time for the scheduled flight to Hwange National Park.
Arrive at the airstrip, where you are met by your safari guide and transferred to camp via a meandering drive. Deteema Spring is your home for the next 3 nights, including all your meals, game drives and walks, as well as selected local beverages.
Deteema Springs is a small concession area in a well-known northern region of the Hwange National Park. Close to the Deteema dam, the camp is perched on a slight rocky rise above permanent water springs, offering magnificent views of large concentrations of animals, including elephants. While night safaris are not allowed due to park regulations, Deteema offers amazing opportunities for walking safaris and viewing wildlife from the comfort of the camp.

Game Viewing in Hwange
Enjoy two full days of game drives and safari walks in Hwange, your guide will schedule the activities when it is best as per the animals movements and the weather.
The style of the camp is “Less is more”. A nonpretentious camp designed to blend in with the rock and bush which occur on this slight rise above the Deteema Springs. The tents are comfortable with all the facilities of a luxury camp, including hot and cold running water, f lush toilet and decks. The main area is tented on decks overlooking the Deteema Springs, offering one an opportunity to sit and watch the African bush unfold in front of you.
Home to over 40 000 elephants, all the big cats and more than 400 species of birds, Hwange National Park offers one of Africa’s top safari experiences.

Fly to Mana Pools
Today, you will be driven to the airstrip after breakfast and fly to Mana Pools.
On arrival at the airstrip, meet with your safari guide and drive through to the camp, located about 40 minutes away.
The most remote park in the country, Mana Pools is the first Biosphere Reserve in Zimbabwe. It's known for its big herds of elephant, buffalo, endangered wild dogs, lions and the more shy leopards, cheetahs and spotted hyenas. A rare combination of topography, rainfall and vegetation gives rise to some of the best game viewing imaginable around this network of pools threaded along the Zambezi River.
Mana River camp is located along the Zambezi River within a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A quaint and comfortable safari camp with friendly staff providing a homely and authentic safari experience. Chat to your guide who will advise the best time to experience the game drives, walks, and if possible canoeing.

Mana Pools Game Viewing
Mana River Camp is positioned on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River nestled between this enormous perennial river and a much visited water pan, particularly enjoyed by elephants for mud bathing. Shade in the camp is provided by riverine forest. Common visitors into camp are elephants.
The camp offers 6 beautifully positioned tents along the Zambezi River ; simply sit back and enjoy the vast views of the mighty river in between the scheduled activities.
At the end of the day, you can meet other safari goers at the lounge area, or gather around the large fire pits to swap stories, fueling the feeling of being on an authentic African safari in the bush.

Fly Back to Victoria Falls
It is time to say your good byes to the bush; after breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip on time for the flight to Victoria Falls.
Arrive at the airport and time at leisure until your own flight out, or chat to us to extend your safari.
