Rise early for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains. Keep an eye out for Cape buffalo, herds of elephants, lions, and the elusive leopards, among others. Afterward, we'll head to the Ishasha sector in southern Queen Elizabeth National Park to search for tree-climbing lions. There's about a 70% chance of spotting these lions, although they can be difficult to find, especially when they are hunting in the grasslands. If we do spot them, it will be a picturesque and memorable sight. From Ishasha, we'll continue our journey to our accommodation on the edge of Bwindi National Park. Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Enjoy breakfast and proceed to the ranger's post. There, you will receive a briefing from a ranger-guide about the rules and guidelines for gorilla trekking. Following the briefing, venture into the forest for your unforgettable encounter. The rainforest's beauty is breathtaking, featuring steep, densely forested landscapes crossed by numerous animal trails accessible to visitors. The duration of the trek (4-8 hours) and the terrain depend on the gorillas' movements. Once you find a gorilla group, you will have one hour to observe these gentle yet endangered giants, an experience that will stay with you forever. After the trek, return to the lodge to relax and recuperate.
