This prime photography time captures vibrant Samburu wildlife scenes. Return for breakfast at 9:00 AM, then visit the Reteti Elephant Sanctuary in the Namunyak Wildlife Conservancy. At Reteti, learn about the community-run efforts to rescue and rehabilitate orphaned elephants. The tour includes observing the dedicated care for the elephants, witnessing feedings, and possibly seeing the playful calves.

This day blends the excitement of wildlife exploration with the enrichment of supporting crucial conservation work, concluding with a return to your lodge or camp.

After breakfast, set off for Nanyuki, the gateway to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Enjoy a scenic drive through Kenya's landscapes, with views of rolling hills, farmlands, and possibly Mount Kenya. Arrive in Nanyuki for lunch at your hotel or a local restaurant, sampling local and international cuisine. In the early afternoon, visit Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to the Big Five and known for its rhino population and conservation programs. After the game drive, return to your hotel for dinner. As night falls, embark on a unique night game drive in Ol Pejeta, where spotlights help you see nocturnal creatures like aardvarks, porcupines, and possibly predators. The drive from Nanyuki to Nairobi offers one last chance to soak in the beautiful Kenyan landscapes, with rolling hills, verdant farmlands, and distant views of Mount Kenya providing a scenic backdrop. As you travel, you may pass through charming towns and witness the daily life of local communities, adding a cultural element to your journey. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be transferred to your hotel or directly to the airport, depending on your onward travel plans.
