Day 1

Your journey begins with a pickup from your hotel and a transfer to Dar es Salaam airport, where you’ll catch a flight to Arusha airport. Upon arrival in Arusha, your safari adventure begins with a drive to Tarangire National Park. Known for its incredible wildlife, Tarangire National Park is a great place to visit any time of the year. You'll see large herds of animals like wildebeest, buffalo, and oryx gathering near the Tarangire River to drink water. Lions, leopards, and other predators follow these herds, making for exciting wildlife encounters. The park is also famous for its many birds, with over 500 species to spot. You'll see plenty of elephants, especially near the river, and the park is known for its tall, ancient baobab trees.

Start your day with an early breakfast before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive. This incredible caldera is home to the Big Five: rhino, lion, leopard, buffalo, and elephant, along with zebras, hippos, wildebeest, hyenas, and many other animals. You’ll also spot a variety of birds, including flamingos on the Soda Lake, geese, storks, and vultures. Enjoy lunch at the scenic Ngoitoktok Swamp, a hippo pool, before heading back to Arusha for your afternoon flight to Zanzibar.
