Today your safari adventure begins! We will pick you up from your hotel in or around Arusha. During the 2.5 hour drive, you will enjoy the views of beautiful nature, landscapes and local communities. We’ll do a full day game drive in Tarangire which is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees and tree climbing African pythons. At the end of the day, we will go to Africa Safari Lake Manyara where you spend the night in a safari tent. Furnished with two single beds, and a small outdoor seating area, this is the chance to get back to basics and enjoy the adventure. First, you can take a dive into the swimming pool!

Day 2-3
Serengeti national park

We then head towards the Serengeti. After a few hours of driving, we will arrive at the Serengeti gate. After lunch, we start our game drive, covering this beautiful park for the remainder of the afternoon.
Known for both its forest landscapes and the endless plains of savannah, the park is famous for its migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and predators moving across the plains in search of water. You’ll also have the opportunity to spend time around Lake Ndutu, known for being home to six species of Big Cats: lion, leopard, cheetah, caracal, serval, and African wildcat.
Your home for two nights is Africa Safari South Serengeti, perfectly situated within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with convenient access to the crater, and on the south side of Lake Ndutu, just outside the Serengeti National Park. This is truly the best of both worlds!

Day 4
Ngorongoro crater

Today, we will wake up early in the morning and after breakfast, we will drive into the amazing Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro crater is the largest intact crater in the world. The crater life is estimated at 30,000 large mammals. Due to its natural borders, there is an abundance of wildlife throughout the conservation area which is home to the Big Five including the African Black Rhino as well as hyena, zebra and elephants to name a few. Spend the night at Africa Safari Lake Manyara, nestled beside the lake surrounded by abundant wildlife.

Day 5

Today we will go to Lake Manyara. This park is known for its breathtaking panoramic views, waterfalls, babbling brooks with clear water, and hot springs. Today’s highlight is a full-day game drive in Lake Manyara. Consider booking an optional 2-hour walking safari where, being on foot, you will witness the wonders of Africa from a different perspective. Return to Arusha, arriving in the early evening.
