On arrival at Lusaka International Airport, a local Safari365 representative will meet you and assist you with your onward light aircraft flight through to South Luangwa National Park. Upon arrival at Mfuwe Airport, you will then fly approximately 25 minutes to Luamfwa airstrip in the Sungani plane (Cessna 206). Then a lodge staff member will transfer you through to Sungani Lodge. The lodge is in the south of the park in the Luangwa River valley. Upon arrival you will have time to experience what this luxury safari lodge has to offer. Enjoy the views from the elevated decking with has uninterrupted views. Each bedroom has a private deck and plunge pool with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Safari at Sungani Lodge continues
After a morning game activity, head back to the lodge for an a la carte breakfast with a refreshing juice and freshly ground local coffee while you sit on the main deck. Today you will head off to a luxury gem in the Lower Zambezi National Park - the award-winning Lolebezi. Take a light aircraft flight back to Mfuwe and from here fly to a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This area has some of the best wildlife sightings in the world, especially known for its leopard population. From either Jeki or Royal Airstrip you will have a mini game-drive which is a 15 minute transfer to the contemporary and modern lodge. The lodge is suitable for children as there are family suites and signature suites for couples. Upon arrival you will check into your stylish air-conditioned suites with private plunge pools.
