Upon arrival in Windhoek, you will receive a warm Namibian welcome from our knowledgeable pilot before embarking on a private chartered flight to Sossusvlei, ensuring a seamless and luxurious start to your adventure.
Arriving at the Witwater airstrip, take a short drive to the luxurious lodge, Namib Outpost, a jewel in the Namib that promises unmatched comfort and privileged views of the surrounding beauty.
Embark on a late sundowner drive into nature offering snacks and drinks. Early morning wake up call the next day, for a life-enriching guided 4x4 excursion to Deadvlei, the famous salt and clay pan in the Namib-Naukluft National Park. Famous for some of the tallest sand dunes in the world, Sossusvlei is one of the most visited attractions. Reflect on every sight ending off the morning with a picnic lunch in the dunes.
Spend the afternoon at the lodge or on horseback, for further explorations before dinner and a well deserved overnight rest.

Tune in to one of the most untouched places on Earth, along a rushing river amidst an ochre desert that is one of the world’s oldest. Respectfully engage with a community of Himba, Namibia’s last semi-nomads still living traditionally, and local custodians. Hear their stories, and share yours. When water levels permit, boat on the Kunene, with Angola’s craggy mountains in the distance and plenty of crocs on the banks and in the water, explore the dunes on foot and in game vehicles, perhaps spotting oryxes, springbok, Hartmann’s mountain zebras, or tiny desert chameleons. Along specially allocated, low-impact pathways, quad bike across the untamed lunar landscape. During your exploration of Kaokoland, you’ll be hosted at the world-class Serra Cafema Camp.
