Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Take a picnic lunch and an early breakfast before heading out for a full day of wildlife viewing in Tarangire National Park. Elephant herds consisting of up to 300 individuals scour the dry riverbed in search of other streams, while the diminished lagoons are populated by migratory eland, buffalo, zebra, impala, gazelle, and hartebeest. During the dry season, this national park is home to elephants and migrants. We spend the night at Lilac Campsite after dinner.

Our driver-guide will take you from the camp to Serengeti National Park following an early breakfast. Head for the Serengeti's breathtaking skies and vast, open plains. Take pleasure in the four-hour game drive and then return for a late-night game drive. We'll spend the evening and night in Seronera Campsite.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro

Get up early to go on a wildlife drive in the Serengeti National Park, where you might spot cheetahs, lions, elephants, leopards, impala, gazelles, and wildebeest migrating through the area. After enjoying brunch, pack your bags and head to Ngorongoro. You will travel through the Serengeti on a wildlife drive and arrive at Ngorongoro late at night. For dinner and the night, arrive to the Ngorongoro Simba Campsite, which is situated on the crater rim.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha Hotel

After a leisurely breakfast, head straight to the crater floor to spend six hours observing wildlife. Search for the Big Five: buffalo, lion, leopard, elephant, and possibly a black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater at Ngoitoktok Spring, where you may also spot baboons, giraffes, warthogs, hippopotami, and other large species. After roughly six hours, climb the crater rim and travel through the village of Mto wa Mbu on your way to Arusha. We will leave you off at the airport or at your Arusha hotel in the evening.
