Our guide will be waiting for you when you arrive at the airport, and following a quick introduction, you will be driven to Arusha. If you have the time and energy, our guide can take you on a quick town tour so you can take in the beauty of the city and its residents.

Arusha, a city of around 400,000 people, is mostly inhabited by the Maasai and Meru people. It is situated in Tanzania's northern highlands, beneath the twin peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. Arusha is a gateway to safari destinations located in the northeast.

Day 2

From Arusha to the Serengeti National Park, depart by plane

From Arusha to the Serengeti National Park, depart by plane

Following breakfast, you will be escorted to Arusha Airport by our experienced team, and from there you will take an internal flight to Seronera Airstrip. Our experienced guide will be waiting for you with open arms at Seronera Airstrip, ready to take you on an exhilarating game drive and have a picnic lunch together.

You will head to your assigned camp in the evening, where you will have a delicious dinner and a comfortable sleep. (The flight is scheduled to depart Arusha at 09:30 and is expected to arrive at Seronera airport at 11:15, enabling a smooth transfer into the Serengeti's center). "Serengeti" is derived from the Maasai language and meaning "endless plains." These vast plains are home to nearly 4,000 lions, 225 cheetahs, a thousand leopards, 3500 hyenas, and hundreds of wild dogs!

You will assemble your picnic lunches after a filling breakfast before visiting the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa's seven wonders. This amazing crater, created by a major volcanic explosion two million years ago, has rich lava soil that has supported a distinct and flourishing biosphere. It can rightfully claim the title of having the greatest diversity of species on the African continent.

Many lion families, magnificent herds of buffalo, graceful zebras, graceful wildebeests, and a host of other fascinating species may all be seen in the Ngorongoro Crater.

Lake Manyara National Park

As you head to Lake Manyara National Park, you'll eat breakfast and pack a lunch. Today, you will get to see the magnificent view of Lake Manyara, get up close and personal with elephants in the forests, and go to the well-known Manyara hippo pool, where a large number of hippos live from dawn till dusk. You will be taken to Tarangire National Park for dinner and an overnight stay following the game drive.

The Great Rift Valley, which is 400 meters deep, is magnificently seen from Lake Manyara National Park. This geological marvel spans thousands of kilometers across East Africa and was formed between 22 and 25 million years ago. The valley is so large that it can be observed from space, and its varied and distinctive landscapes draw a wide variety of animal species. Aside from Lake Manyara, the park is home to several bird species and thick rainforests brimming with monkeys.

You will travel back to Arusha for your planned flight to Zanzibar after the wildlife drive.

The Tarangire River, a crucial water source that flows through the park, is the source of the park's name. This river serves as the only source of water for the diverse species that calls this amazing sanctuary home during the dry season.
