Day 2

Tarangire National Park

We will pick you up at your hotel around 8:00 am for a short safari briefing before departing for Tarangire National Park. The drive will take about two hours. This exceptional park, located just south of Lake Manyara in northern Tanzania, is renowned for its diverse landscape, characterized by ancient baobab trees and vast herds of elephants—the highest concentration in the country.

Big cat sightings are common, especially during the dry season when the Tarangire River becomes a crucial water source, attracting a variety of wildlife. You will have lunch at a picnic spot with a stunning view of the Tarangire River. After more game viewing in the park, we will drive to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Ngorongoro crater

Ngorongoro crater

We will start the day very early to experience the morning wildlife in Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Natural Wonders of the World. Formed two million years ago by a volcanic explosion, the crater spans 102 square miles and has 2,000-foot-high walls.

The crater is home to almost every species of East African wildlife and offers a rare chance to see the black rhino. We will have lunch at a picnic spot near a beautiful hippo lake. In the afternoon, we will continue exploring the crater, then ascend and exit the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, heading back to your accommodation.

Day 4

Lake Mnayara to Arusha

Lake Mnayara to Arusha

We will start the day early for a full-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Ernest Hemingway once described this park as "the loveliest I have seen in Africa." Despite its small size (205 square miles), it offers breathtaking scenery, lush acacia forests, giant fig and mahogany trees, and the famous tree-climbing lions.

The lake is home to numerous hippos and a large population of flamingos, providing excellent photo opportunities. After a picnic lunch and more game viewing in the park, we will drive to your accommodation.
