You will be picked up by the company driver-guide from the hotel and then taken for a city tour. You will have a chance to visit the Genocide Memorial Center and also a local market. You will have an en-route lunch meal then later on cross the border to Uganda and proceed to Mgahinga National Park. You will check in at the booked hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Golden Monkey Tracking -Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After an early morning breakfast, you will check out of the hotel with a packed lunch and head for the golden monkey tracking activity. You will be led by an armed ranger and a guide. When you get back, you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. This park is a habitat for over half of the world's gorilla population. On arrival, you will check in at the booked hotel and then have some refreshments as you prepare for dinner and an overnight stay.

Mountain Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
After an early morning breakfast, you will check out of the lodge with your parked lunch and proceed to the park offices. Here, you will be given rules and regulations for gorilla trekking, you will be allocated to different gorilla families and you will be led by a well-trained guide and ranger in search of the gorillas. On your return, you will be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation. Upon your arrival, you will check-in and prepare for dinner and an overnight stay.

Canoeing and Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
After your breakfast, you will go for a canoe trip on the lake where you will be able to see various birds, communities, and landforms such as the islands. Take as many photographs as you can.
After the canoe, you will have lunch and drive to Lake Mburo National Park for an afternoon game drive in search of zebras, impalas, elands, buffalos, oribi, Defassa waterbucks, leopards, hippos, topis and reedbucks. You'll retire and drive to your booked lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Walking Safari and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, you will be led by an armed ranger and go for the walking safari. You will enjoy seeing wildlife such as zebras, antelopes, giraffes, waterbucks, etc at a close range. Then later on transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park for for an evening game drive. You will have an en-route lunch meal. You will check in at the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Game Drive and Afternoon Launch Cruise
After an early morning warm-up tea or coffee, you will head for a game drive along Kasenyi tracks and Queen's Mile in search of animals like lions, elephants, cape buffalos, warthogs, spotted hyenas, mongoose, waterbucks, kobs and, if you are lucky, you will spot tree-climbing lions. Later in the afternoon, you will head out for an afternoon boat cruise after having
your lunch.

Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park and Bigodi Community Walk
After breakfast, the driver-guide will set off to Western Uganda, to Fort Portal. Traveling on both asphalt and unpaved roads, you'll pass through traditional Ugandan Villages where you see people at work tending their traditional crops. Keep your eyes open for a variety of birds that perch on the fence rows and power lines along the way. The drive takes 5 to 7 hours so you'll arrive in time in Fort Portal for lunch. After lunch, you'll shake off the drive with a walk to the Bigodi swamp. The Bigodi Swamp is a paradise for bird watchers. Skilled birders can spot up to fifty new species on a bird list. Today, 138 species of bird have been recognized within the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, and among the major bird species within the sanctuary is the grand Blue Turaco. The swamp also harbors several primate species like the red Colobus monkey, baboon, black and white Colobus monkey, blue monkey grey cheeked, mangabey, and vervet monkey.

Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Swamp Walk
After breakfast, you'll head to the park headquarters for a briefing after which you will embark on a chimp tracking excursion. These primates are very mobile and viewing them is unpredictable but a forest walk is an enriching activity that starts at 8.00 am taking about 4 hours. This forest is home to a large number of chimpanzees and other primates including L’hoestes, Red Colobuses, blues, red-tailed, grey-cheeked mangabeys, birds, and butterflies. Your expert guide will share the secrets of the forest’s flora and fauna, ensuring that the trail is both informative and enjoyable. Though much harder to see, the park is also home to buffalos, leopards, bushpigs, elephants, and duikers along with 144 species of butterflies.

Transfer to Entebbe International Airport
After your breakfast, you will ensure that all your property is in the car and check out of the lodge. You will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport via Kampala City and this will mark the end of the 9-day trip.
