½-Day Birding Entebbe Botanical Gardens and Surroundings

The guide will pick you from your hotel or spot of choice either in Kampala central business district or Entebbe. After the activity, the guide will drop you back at your respective hotels or spots where he/she picked you. Time for pick-up is 7:00am.
The leisurely and relaxed nature/bird walk along the Entebbe National Botanical gardens, provide an escape from the bustling and busy schedule in the city to relax and enjoy the oasis and tranquility of nature. Special birds of this area include among others, Ross's Turaco, Great Blue Turaco, African Grey Parrot, Golden-backed weaver, Orange Weaver, Red-bellied paradise flycatcher, African Hobby, the Bathawk, Black-and-white Casqued Hornbill, African Pied and Crowned Hornbills, Superb Sunbird, Red-chested Sunbird, Splendid Glossy Starling, African Wood-Owl, African Cuckoo-Hawk, Cassin's Honeyguide, and Green Crombec, African Emerald Cuckoo, Klaas's Cuckoo, African Goshawk, Scarlet-chested Sunbird, Weyns's Weaver, and Black-headed weaver.
