In the late afternoon, you’ll be transferred to Karatu for camping and an overnight stay, immersed in the beauty of the African wilderness.

Day 2
Karatu to Serengeti National Park

On the second day of your safari, you'll leave Karatu and journey towards Serengeti National Park. Your exact destination within the Serengeti will be determined by the season and dates of your safari.
During the Great Migration (July to October), you might visit the northern Serengeti to witness the dramatic river crossings or the western corridor where the herds are known to move.
In the Green Season (November to April), you could explore the southern Serengeti, known for calving herds, or the central Serengeti, famous for its abundant wildlife and resident predators.
Upon arrival, you'll embark on a game drive tailored to the season, offering the best chance to experience the Serengeti's extraordinary wildlife and landscapes. Enjoy a full day of exploration before settling into your campsite for the night.

On the fourth day, you'll leave Serengeti National Park and head toward Ngorongoro Crater.
Morning: After breakfast, drive from Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy the scenic journey through the picturesque highland landscapes.
Midday: Upon arrival, descend into the Crater for a game drive. Explore this unique caldera, home to an impressive array of wildlife, including lions, rhinos, and buffaloes. Enjoy a picnic lunch within the Crater.
Late Afternoon: After your exploration, ascend from the Crater and start your drive back to Arusha.
Evening: Arrive in Arusha, where you can either continue your onward travel or spend the night, marking the end of your remarkable safari adventure.
