Day 1

Entebbe Airport Pick-Up

Entebbe Airport Pick-Up

You'll be picked up from Entebbe Airport and driven to your accommodation where you can choose to look around Kampala and take a drink at one of the many café or restaurants or simply relax as you will be leaving early in the morning for your safari! An evening meal is provided and breakfast in the morning before setting off for your adventure of a lifetime.

Day 2

Kazinga Chanel

Kazinga Chanel

You'll stop at Kazinga Chanel where you will embark on an unforgettable boat trip to view a wide and fascinating range of animals and bird life. Hippos in large schools wallow in the shallows of the water. Herds of elephants descend to the edge of the water to drink and frolic in the cooling waters. Maybe see crocodiles or monitor lizards. If you are an avid bird watcher this is a trip of trips as so many varieties gather at and around the water edges or watch from the trees as you gently boat past. After your boat trip, there are a couple of local craft shops you can peruse before your lunch. After lunch, you'll go onwards to Kasenyi Lake retreat and campsite. This is a unique Banda accommodation where you are immersed amongst the wildlife.
You'll have the afternoon relaxing before heading out at dusk for an evening game drive where the creatures of the night are stirring. This is all included in the price.

Day 3

Queen Elizabeth Tree-Climbing Lion Expedition

Queen Elizabeth Tree-Climbing Lion Expedition

You'll set out early to search for the tree-climbing lions and spend a few hours game-driving seeing many of the Big Five. If you're lucky, you will not only see the tree-climbing lions but also leopards, buffalos, elephants, and more. A cultural trip to local craft shops and then onto the salt lakes where you can learn about salt production and hopefully see flamingos. You'll return to the camp for a meal and then out again on another game drive.

Day 4

Leaving on an early morning game drive, you will head out of the national park to travel to Lake Mburo. Here, you will be able to see giraffes amongst many other wildlife. This is a few hour's drive. You will stop along the way to have a meal and if anything takes your fancy en route.

Day 5

Lake Mburo National Park

You'll spend a magical day seeing Lake Mburo National Park and what it has to offer. You'll go on another boat ride to watch the wildlife. Then, you will return to a beautiful Ugandan meal by the lakeside. Here, you will be able to walk amongst giraffes and zebras and watch the activities of the African bush.

You will get up early to see the sun rise over the bush and embark on your last game drive before returning to the restaurant to have breakfast. After breakfast, you'll pack up ready to drive back to Kampala. We will leisurely drive you through the Ugandan countryside to view small villages and bustling towns before returning to Kampala for the night.
