Your safari starts with a 7:30 AM pick-up from Nairobi, heading to Amboseli National Park. Arrive by noon, check into your accommodation for a hot lunch and relaxation. At 4:00 PM, embark on an afternoon game drive, highlighting Amboseli's famed elephant population—over 1,600 individuals from 56 families, each identified by name and photo.

The park also offers sightings of buffaloes, lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, and more. Renowned for close encounters with elephants against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli is a photographer's paradise and Kenya's second most popular park after the Masai Mara.

Day 2

Amboseli to Tsavo East

Amboseli to Tsavo East

After breakfast, we’ll journey to Tsavo East, known as the "Theatre of the Wild." Here, the iconic sight of dust-red elephants bathing and playing in the midnight blue waters of the palm-shaded Galana River awaits—an evocative image synonymous with Africa. Tsavo East is also renowned for the 300-kilometer long Yatta Plateau, the world’s longest lava flow, adding to its unique allure.

As the largest protected area in Kenya, Tsavo East is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including vast herds of elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, lions, leopards, hippos, crocodiles, waterbucks, lesser kudu, gerenuk, and over 500 bird species, such as ostriches and raptors.

Upon arrival at our lodge, enjoy lunch and some relaxation time. Later in the afternoon, embark on a game drive to explore the park’s rich wildlife, featuring elephants, leopards, giraffes, and numerous bird species.

Conclude the day with dinner and overnight accommodation at the lodge, surrounded by the untamed beauty of Tsavo East.
