You'll continue to the equator for lunch. You'll transfer for a game safari at Lake Mburo National Park. Small groups travel in base vehicles groups of 4 or more in a two-vehicle convoy with radios and self-drive options. Lake Mburo is one of the smallest of Uganda’s National Parks, but a real gem. Abundant wildlife including impalas, zebras, giraffes, warthogs, water buffalos, elands, waterbucks, and if lucky, leopards.
You'll camp in style down by the lake with the hippos and a ranger. You'll listen to them chuckling all night but watch out for the monkeys in the morning!
The base vehicle provides a full kitchen for dinner and drinks under the stars and around the campfire. With comfortable beds, and a clean toilet block the truck has a private, hot shower.

Fingers crossed you'll see them!
