Arrive at Arusha early in the morning and depart for Tarangire National Park. On the way to Tarangire National Park, you will enjoy a fantastic picnic lunch.
Tarangire National Park is best known for its baobab trees and year-round elephant population. In brief, it is common to see herds of up to 300 elephants of all ages and sizes. However, predators are also well represented, along with more than 550 different bird species, which is the most breeding species in any one habitat anywhere in the world.
It has the largest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem and is the only place in Tanzania. The fringe-eared oryx and the long-necked gerenuk can be observed. For example, wildebeest, zebra and other thirsty nomads crowd the shrinking lagoons. Meanwhile, lions wait early for the next opportunity to hunt.

Serengeti National Park
Your next destination is the Serengeti National Park, which you will reach after breakfast. Return to your camp for the evening fire, dinner and overnight stay.
Over 2 million migrating animals participate in this annual journey: 1.5 million wildebeest, 400,000 zebra, and 300,000 gazelles. They all have the same goal - to find fresh, green grass. The great migration takes place throughout the year. Prey and predator follow a relatively predictable but variable annual cycle dependent on rainfall and abundant green grass.
After an incredible day of exploring, you'll return to your accommodation at the amazing Serengeti Serena Lodge. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner. As it is in the heart of the national park, you can explore more in the morning!

Serengeti to Ngorongoro
After an early breakfast at Serengeti Serena Lodge, you will depart for the Ngorongoro Crater game drive.
The Ngorongoro Crater is known as the Eighth Wonder of the World. The Big Five animals - lion, leopard, elephant, black rhinoceros, and African buffalo - are enormous. Here, you can see all of the Big Five.
From the central caldera, the Ngorongoro Crater has 2 volcanoes. Olmoti and Empakai are famous for their stunning waterfalls, the latter holding a deep lake and green walls.
Inside the crater, there are many scenes of unimaginable animal abundance. For instance, wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, and Grant’s gazelle are present in great numbers. There are also warthog, hartebeest, bushbuck, waterbuck, and Bohr’s reedbuck. You will be accommodated in the Karatu region.

Manyara to Arusha Town
Drive to Lake Manyara National Park after an early breakfast, or leave with a packed breakfast.
Lake Manyara National Park has the most visible predators, and the prime tourist attraction is the lions, famous for their habit of climbing trees. It remains a mystery why only the lions of this park, and not those of nearby Serengeti and Ngorongoro, spend so much time in trees. The acacia woodlands south of the Msasa River provide an ideal spot for the lions to retreat from the sun.
However, they are the only kind of species in the world. They make the ancient mahogany and elegant acacias their home during the rainy season and are a well-known but also rare feature of the northern park. In addition, the park is also home to the largest concentration of baboons anywhere in the world. This provides interesting game viewing of large families of primates. At the end of the afternoon, we will drive back to Arusha.
