Our driver-guide will pick you up at the airport and you will start the 10-hour journey towards south-western Uganda. You will make a stop-over at the Equator and take some pictures. Lunch will be en-route in Mbarara. You will arrive in the evening to a refreshing overnight rest ready for the next day of gorilla trekking.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

The main activity of your safari starts today —the gorilla trekking experience in Uganda. After a short drive to the park, you will be briefed and a ranger assigned to you. The trekking will start and the gorilla location will determine how much time the trekking will take. Most tourists report that the experience of interacting with the silverback and its family is worth all the money you'll spend. Your view of the natural world is changed forever, many have argued. The experience will stay with you for a lifetime.

Lunch will be a packed affair from the hotel.

You will receive a certificate on return and then be driven back to the hotel for a well-deserved rest.
