Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Start your journey with a hotel pickup, where you will meet your tour guide and chef. You will then embark on a two-hour scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, well-known for its diverse landscapes and iconic baobab trees. The park is home to Tanzania's highest concentration of elephants, offering exceptional opportunities to observe their social interactions. Enjoy an exhilarating game drive through the park, focusing on recent wildlife sightings. After an exciting morning, we will stop for lunch at a picturesque Tarangire River picnic site, surrounded by playful monkeys and baboons. After lunch, continue your exploration until our departure around 4:30pm, ensuring a day filled with wildlife encounters and scenic beauty.

Explore Materuni, a charming village just 15km (9mi) from Moshi Town and the gateway to Kilimanjaro National Park. Your day starts with a morning pickup by our knowledgeable guide for a scenic drive to Materuni Village. After registration, you will go on a guided one-hour relaxed hike to Materuni Waterfalls, where you will learn about Chagga culture and enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
