Arusha - taragire National Park
Arusha - taragire National Park
Our day will start with an early breakfast followed by a trip to Tarangire for a full-day game drive at Tarangire National Park, complete with a picnic lunch. This national park is known for its large herds of up to 300 elephants that can be observed scraping the river bed for water and the various other animals such as wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and eland that gather around the lagoons. The park serves as a crucial migration stop during the dry season and is a habitat for elephants. After our day's adventure, we will have dinner and spend the night at Marera Valley Lodge.

Day 2
Lake Manyara
Lake Manyara
After breakfast, you will depart the lodge at 8:30 am to head to Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch. After a full-day game drive, you will make your way to the Marera Valley for dinner and your overnight stay.
Lake Manyara stretches for 50 km along the base of the 600-meter high Rift Valley escarpment. It is a scenic gem with a setting that was praised by Ernest Hemingway as “the loveliest I had seen in Africa.” The compact game-viewing circuit through Lake Manyara offers a virtual microcosm of the Tanzanian safari experience. From the entrance gate, the road winds through a lush jungle-like groundwater forest where large baboon troops lounge along the roadside, blue monkeys scamper between the ancient mahogany trees, dainty bushbuck tread warily through the shadows, and outsized forest hornbills honk cacophonously in the high canopy.

Day 3
Lake Manyara to serengeti
Lake Manyara to serengeti
After breakfast, you will head to Serengeti National Park for a full-day game drive and picnic lunch. A million wildebeest, each driven by the same ancient rhythm, fulfil their instinctive role in the inescapable cycle of life here. They engage in a frenzied three-week period of territorial conquests and mating, as well as a survival of the fittest as they travel in 40km (25 mile) long columns through crocodile-infested waters on their annual journey north. Following a brief population explosion that results in more than 8,000 calves being born daily, the 1,000 km (600 mile) pilgrimage begins again.
